Surgery to have my tonsils and adenoids removed - painful and crappy
Getting my period the day after my surgery - painful and really crappy
Going outside after surgery for the first time in 4 days and getting stung by a hornet - priceless.

Tomorrow I'll hit my 6th consecutive day off and must call in short term disability. Paperwork sucks.

Thanks for everyone who wished me luck last week! I'm now lucid enough to check email and whatnot and shit do I get a lot of email. Surgery went alright, they kept me overnight to help control the pain. So I haven't updated in a while. I was sick a couple of weeks ago and ended up getting a sonogram and blood tests done. Missed almost a week of work and cried at work for the first time ever which was super lame.
